Hi ,
We live in the leafy suburb of Oxton on the Wirral . We are 5 mins walk from local village shops pubs and restaurant and 10 min drive to a clean quiet beach or 10 mins drive the other way takes you into the city of Liverpool. We have two dogs ; Jess a docile black lab and Leo an affectionate Border Collie . They get on well together , and need 40mins- 1 hour walk per day . The house has a safe enclosed garden . There are plenty of parks within walking distance, or beaches a short drive away . I’ve just a few plants in the house that would need watering in the house . I’m not too worried about the garden. I also have a hot tub that will need some chemicals added ( it’s very easy) a couple of times a week but if you didn’t feel confident I have a neighbour who can pop around and do it .
