Located only 15 mins from beautiful historical Tunbridge Wells or 15 mins from East Grinstead with lots of local shops and amenities. Ashdown Forest is located only a 10min drive away, plenty of local farm shops too

Care of our German Shepard Male pet dog is required as he loves his home and his garden. Daily walks, feeding and stimulation required, he can stay alone for a few hours if you would like to explore the local area.

Ideally looking for someone with their own caravan who can pitch up on our driveway (substantial space).
