We need a house sitter

West Midlands - Warwickshire

Our large, comfortable, family home is in a delightful village two miles outside Stratford upon Avon where the river, two theatres, four Shakespeare properties and umpteen cafes are available to visit.
The beautiful villages of the Cotswolds are a short drive away and and a haven for keen walkers and cyclists while Warwick Castle, Coventry Cathedral and the Transport Museum are among the local cultural highlights.
We have one elderly Westiepoo who requires minimal attention these days - her routine consists of eating, sleeping, eating and sleeping with one very short walk and a number of trips to the back lawn.
Our four, super friendly chickens also need very little - their hen house opened and closed and their food and water topped up daily.
We have a good-sized garden with plenty of rewilding areas. There may be some watering to do in the greenhouse but otherwise the garden is there for you to enjoy.

Thank you so much Sally & Nick for my stay in your home. You were generous in many ways & made me feel very welcome. Ziggy has partial hearing & sense of smell, & is blind, even so she is a happy little dog! Her tail is wagging constantly when she is exploring the garden & she likes a hug close to your body. Her appetite is very good!! She stays overnight in the kitchen so accidents are easy to clean up. The village is a little gem, friendly & pretty, & easy reach of Stratford upon Avon. I ... MORE
