We need a house sitter

South West - Devon

I am looking for someone who would like a stay in beautiful country side.I have a small, energetic 11year old Labrador and a 6 year old Labradoodle. They both need a good walk every day and this is wonderful walking country. River and woodland walks from the house and the SW coast path only 5 minutes drive away. The house is warm and cosy but has also a wood burning stove which is great to light after a chilly walk!
The house is a modest 3 bed family home with a low maintenance garden which is on the outskirts of a village with great facilities - butcher, small grocery store, 2 pubs etc. The first photo shows the view from the house.
Your stay here should be a relaxing one. Looking after the dogs is really the only requirement and they are so easy - friendly to people and other dogs and a delight to walk off lead. They love company and cuddles.

No rating We had a wonderful time looking after Yvonnes energetic Lab, Tia for the past 6 weeks or so. Yvonnes house is a good sized cottage on the edge of the pretty town of Colyton. Yvonne made us thoroughly welcome and we soon made ourselves at home. When our follow on assignment was delayed foer a couple of days Yvonne readily offered us an extension on our sit.
