We have 4 dogs and 2 cats; our house is single storey and has a rural location at the end of a long farm drive, although only 800m from A21. The nearest shop is a M&S at the garage on the A21, 1.8 miles away. Tunbridge Wells is nearest town and is approx 4 miles away. We have about 4 acres and the dogs exercise themselves as the land is securely fenced. We also have 6 chickens and apart from collecting and eating the eggs from their secure compound they should need nothing else. The horse will be 'living out' and will need no feeding etc and one of our neighbours who has horses on their property, will have oversight on a regular basis. We have solar panels, a storage battery, a heat pump and an electric car charging point. Our broadband runs at around 500 mBs and we have Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime and Apple+ TV, besides the normal channels.
